Note Trail lets you create and organize notes for everyday use.

This content remains on your device.

Note Trail does not send your personal note content to our servers for storage, and we do not collect, access, or distribute the content of your locally stored notes.

You control this information directly through your device and the App.

Local information can be removed by deleting individual notes, clearing Note Trail data through your device settings, or uninstalling the App.

Mobile Number Verification

A mobile phone number is required for account registration and sign-in.

We may process the number you provide to:

Send or verify a login code

Confirm account access

Help protect your account from unauthorized use

Your mobile phone number is not used for advertising personalization, promotional messages, or unrelated marketing.

Device Identifier for Security

Where supported by Google Play services, Note Trail may access the Google Advertising ID (AD_ID).

Although this identifier is called an Advertising ID, Note Trail uses it only for security-related purposes, such as:

Identifying unusual account activity

Supporting fraud prevention

Detecting possible misuse

Protecting account access and App services

We do not use AD_ID to build advertising profiles, deliver personalized advertising, target users with advertisements, or conduct unrelated marketing.

Connection and Operational Data

Some Note Trail functions require communication over the internet, including account registration, verification-code login, and security checks.

During these communications, limited network or technical information may be processed when needed to:

This technical processing does not include the content of notes stored locally on your device.

How Long Information Is Kept

Notes and related content stored on your device remain there until you choose to remove them.

You may ask us to delete your Note Trail account and eligible account-related information.

Clear the App’s stored data through your device settings

Uninstall Note Trail

Some limited information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, or protection of users and service integrity.

Protecting Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account-related and technical information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.

Notes stored locally are primarily protected by your device and the security controls available on it.

No electronic storage or transmission method can provide an absolute guarantee of security.

Age Eligibility

Note Trail is intended for users aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If we learn that personal information from a person under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it where appropriate.

Changes to This Notice

We may revise this Privacy Policy when Note Trail features, technical systems, data practices, legal requirements, or platform requirements change.
